OEM/FOB Service
OEM/FOB is a form of production under the “purchase of raw materials, semi-finished products”. Under the OEM method, we actively participate in the production process, from buying raw materials to producing final products. Unlike CMT, in OEM, we will actively purchase necessary inputs instead of being supplied directly from you.
OEM/FOB refers to a company or a firm that is responsible for designing and building a product according to its own specifications, and then selling the product to another company or firm, which is responsible for its distribution. The one company produces products on behalf of another company, after which the purchasing company markets the product under its own brand name.
Our OEM/FOB production process:
Step 1: Project
We support custumers with total suggestion. Always obtaining and providing new material, fabric accessory, information of secondary process. And pursuing design and comfort. To respond to the demand of cost front, production factory depends on the circumstance.
Step 2: Sample
Sample is produced after our patterned accepts customer’s demand of design pattern and sewing specification since our head office equips a production line, observing process of partial sample and fabrication. Correction can be added for the production after the check of sample.
Step 3: Production
After the order, final specification will be created, and production is started under quality control and delivery date management by the cooperation of department such as sale/product development and production after the technical correction.
Step 4: Delivery
Ordered products are delivered within the delivery date with comfortable quality after inspection which is along the demand of customer or our company.
